Weasel-Bling
I got an email from Mrs. 4444 over at Half-Past Kissin’ Time asking if we had a button that she could put in her sidebar commemorating her donation to Help Save The Weasel Christmas. Since it was such a great idea, I had to rush out and figure out how to make one! I found this site that laid it all out in a way that even a NukeDad could understand. Well, sort of; it only took me 11 hours and 3 pots of coffee to make it. Oh, yeah, I drink coffee now. Weird. I’ll tell you all about that later, but right now you need to click on this code and slap this badge (button, bling, award, whatever you want to call it) on your blog. Even if you didn’t donate yourself, placing this badge on your site will help send traffic over to Big Bad Daddy Rant and the ever-important donate button. Thanks again to Mrs. 4444 for helping me learn a new web skill today! Well, don’t just sit there; put on your Webmaster hat and get to work!
**Update** Code issue should be fixed, and Firefox users should be able to access. Let me know if you have any more issues.

Which Weasel is that?
(NukeDad) That’s Seymour Weasel; the Patriarch of the family.

Nuke – not sure if that little code box at the bottom of this post is quite there yet; all it shows is (minus the spaces) < a href = ” and a slider bar.
Might want to take a look at it. I’ll play with it some here and see if all those #8221 tokens buried in there mean something.
Thanks for cooking up some bling! I’m not seeing the total go up over at BBD though – I fear I may have to get up and sing like Jerry Lewis at his telethon.
(NukeDad) Thanks, Tom; I think I got it fixed now.

Hey NukeDad, this is for Weaselmomma. Weaselmomma, I just wanted to say Merry Christmas!! I hope you and your familly enjoy the holidays no matter what. Remember, you have alot of people here that are looking out for you…..including NukeDad’s immediate family (me). I hope your children wake up with stars in their eyes on Christmas morning and that you and yours spend blessed time together. I remember how magical Christmas morning was when I was a child and I hope that my small contribution brings some happiness. Keep your chin up, we are all going through rough times with you. Lets all hope that the New Year brings some relief and much deserved happiness!!!! Happy Holidays!!
Stacey

Stacey, Thank You and Merry Christmas. These are getting to be some tight times for everyone. Life will be a little more relaxed when Mr. Weasel is able to find a good job and until then we will just do whatever we need too. There are a great many people in far worse situations than we are and I almost feel guilty for people stepping forward to help us out. We have already received the best gift of all from your brother and people like him. They have offered us prayers and friendship. They gave me a wonderful online birthday party and bring me laughter and joy daily. Santa always finds a way and this year will be no different, although more modest.
We have no doubt that all will be okay in the end and as long as we have the Weasels and each other we have everything that we need.
I wish you all the joy in the world and blessings this Christmas season and all year long.
Merry Christmas, and BTW, Your Hubby and his character rock!
