My 15 Minutes Should Last All Weekend

Published by NukeDad at 9:37 am under Guess It'll Have To Go Here

Jeremy over at Discovering Dad  asked me last week if I’d like to be a part of the “Spotlight On Dads” series that he runs each week.  Being such a newbie to the blogosphere, I was a little surprised and very humbled that he we would ask me.  I of course said yes, and you can find the results here.  If you are a first time visitor, or someone who has poked around a little bit before, I invite you to come on in, take your shoes off; stay awhile.  We haven’t been around that long, but I think you’ll find something to tickle your fancy.  Look around, peruse, investigate.  Some popular selections can be found here, here, here and here.  Thanks for stopping by!  We hope you come back often.

I took my shoes off but couldn’t stop there, I’ll stay away from the leather seats if that’s ok with you.

    Nice interview, well done.

(NukeDad) Thanks XboX! Now that your shoes are off, feel free to scrunch your toes in the shag carpet. Watch out for the linoleum, though, the beagles made a deposit in the corner.

Nuke — good interview. I completely understand what you mean about the “do as I say” thing. I’m guilty of that every single day. It’s hard to reason with a four-year-old (who have no basis for logical understanding), almost as much as it’s hard to reason with a teenager (who think they’re always right). So it’s just a lot easier to say “Because I said so.”

Anyway — keep up the great work. Glad you got your 15 minutes!

(NukeDad) Thanks Tom, I just hope I don’t end up like Andy Worhol. Well, wait; the rich & famous part I could take, it’s the being dead part I could do without.

I loved the interview.. I thought you did a great job and as I mentioned on Discovering Dad .. why no pic of the mini van? That is bad ass.. hahaha

(NukeDad) Thanks Kim! I couldn’t put pics of the mini-van up because I broke my wide angle lens.

(NukeDad) Love you too, little sis! Thanks! You’re immediate, though, not extended!

Hey there man! Awesome interview. OK now…..that’s 14 minutes and 30 seconds left with your fame. Just kidding

(NukeDad) Thanks Jolly G, but the clock is about to strike 12, and I’ll turn back into a pumpkin.
